Parks & Camping Travel

Spring Creek BLM near Huntington, Oregon.

Following part of the Old Oregon Trail we make it in to Oregon and decide to stay at the Spring Creek Campground just north of Huntington, Oregon.

The campground itself is very peaceful and sites have nice views. There are only dry camping sites available, and there is no dump station, but the campground does offer clean bathroom facilities, a boat ramp and a fish cleaning station. The camping fee was $5 and well worth it.

Cell reception with Verizon data and WiFi was average, but good enough to watch video streams. We stayed an extra day to recuperate from the many miles travelled over the past few days, and to let all experiences sink in. But as ever, on we go; Scouting Destinations.
