Parks & Camping Places of Interest

Back to Hovenweep National Monument & Holly Ruins, UT.

We are back at Hovenweep National Monument. Since our first discovery of this absolutely magnificent place (see our article of April 2018) we have talked many times about going back, and here we are again for a few days at the campground. Just like the previous time we took the 4 mile hike to the Holly Ruins, requiring us to go through two slot canyons, and the shorter hike around the Hovenweep ruins. We can not recommend this place enough. Similarly to how we ended the previous article: Let the images below speak for itself.
